Old gold

A lot of my friends told me that they are sleeping less as they age. Though they sleep at the same time, now they do not have problems waking up at 6am in the morning. Long gone were the days when they need to sleep till late and cannot get out of bed.

I wonder why this happens? Is it because we have less worries as we age and hence, have a more peaceful sleep at night? Then, we do not need to sleep that much. Or is it because we are programmed that way whereby we have enough time to wake up and enjoy the morning sun.

A week ago, I had spent it with a bunch of great people. One of them knows numerology. She calls it the meta physics study and said it is not any mumbo jumbo like the regular fortune telling.

So, all of us lined up to have our fortune told. We gave her our birthdates. She counted them and you know what? All of us were amazed because somehow or others, she is able to tell our characters based on those numbers.

Then, she gave us some good tips on how to increase our fortune. She gave me specific dates to go to go to the bank and opened a gold account. She said if I buy gold bullion on the right date, I will make a lot of fortune.

I am not sure if she is telling the truth but I shall not hesitate to try.

I am still flipping through or rather browsing through my holiday photos. This is one of the precious photos from the collection of holiday photos.

It was during sunset that we took this water taxi in Thailand. Over there, they don’t have roads. Only wooden boats which they call water taxi. You hop on one to get to the other side of the island if you are too lazy to walk.

At that time, it was during sunset and I saw the most beautiful sunset ever. I was so mesmerized with it, I took another boat the next day just to enjoy the beautiful sight.

The above photo makes me wish for another holiday. I haven’t been to holidays for a long time. It does not look like I am going to have time for more holidays anymore. So, when I look through my holiday photos, I wish I had spend more time on vacation when I could afford the time.

Now, even if I want to go, I also do not have the time to go anymore. There are works to be done and it is not easy at all.

How many times have we read about babies getting into fatal injuries due to negligence and accidents? It is happening right in front of their parents sometimes. But mostly, these accidents happened when the babies are under the care of their babysitters or even grandparents.

Do you know that death could occur even when the babies are sleeping? There was a case where the baby was strangled and choked to death due to the bed bumpers. The parents have tied those crib bumper pads on the baby cot.
